1: Canceling or Changing an Order

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.
We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, as it will be in transit!

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

Customized jerseys cannot be canceled after an order is placed.


2: Returns (If Applicable)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Only items purchased directly from SNAP JERSEYS are eligible for return. The item must be in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when we sent them, and in their original packaging. Stains, bent cards, broken seals, or damaged plastic coverings will not be accepted. If the returned product is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange it.

Personalized products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include customized jerseys and products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

(A customized jersey includes a name and number chosen by the customer. Please order carefully! Once the order is paid, returns and refunds are not accepted.)

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. SNAP JERSEYS reserves the right to deny any return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer!

3: Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
